-Karmen ... where do I start. She is the first lawyer I have ever met that truly cares. She went above and beyond and helped with my labor board case (which isn't her specialty) and also my workers' comp case. I was a reck.. she was patient, compassionate and treated me with respect and compassion. We settled both cases and she fought for me every step of the way. This experience truly changed my opinion of lawyers.. some of them do care and are not just in for the money. Karmen leads with her heart and her desire to make things right.

-If I could give ten stars, I would. Karmen is an incredibly talented attorney. She is incredibly smart, hungry, and defends her clients viciously. It almost seems like a unfair fight to put her against the other attorney. She defended me against one of the biggest companies in the world. Her attention to detail and ability to defend her clients and get the absolute best results possible can not be wrapped up in a review. It is amazing to watch her work. She is tactful, insightful, works several steps in front of the competing counselor. I almost feel bad for the other lawyers.

Ms. Heacox has spent the majority of her legal career working at a high profile defense law firm. This experience was invaluable in understanding the Workers' Compensation system from both sides of the field.
Now Ms. Heacox works in private practice working as an attorney for injured workers. She will use her decades of knowledge to help you receive your benefits and receive them timely.
